Description
The role would be an Info Pak administrator. Info Pak is documentation / simulations we are using for training. We would like a consultant level individual with experience with the configuration of the tool. You will most likely be able to find many resources with working knowledge of the instructional design side, but we need a strong technical resource to handle the configuration, maintenance and trouble shooting.

Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS:Establish configuration settings for Info Pak Drive the development of the performance support website Perform glossary development and updates Update project profiles Publish child documents Perform profile synchronizations to developer computers Establish document promotion schedule and transition documents into performance support website Perform check-in and checkout of content using appropriate tools (Info Pak Web Architect) Recommend additions or changes of content to the Performance Support website Troubleshoot problems with the content maintenance process Maintain material update process for Performance Support website Work closely with client counterpart to ensure knowledge transfer Assist in various other tasks within the training team
