CCCi has an opportunity for an Informatica ETL Architect position with our local Energy client here in the Charlotte area. Our client s Human Resources area has initiated a series of projects to build out a central repository for workforce data. These projects will provide common integration for HR systems and a SQL Server Datawarehouse to facilitate improved reporting. Informatica ETL, C#, and SSRS are the standard corporate toolset for this effort. The IT Architect will be responsible for establishing technical direction that encourages quality, consistency, and scalability across the HR application portfolio, while also adhering to enterprise standards. On this project, the architect will define the high-level design and implement the overall strategy for design, development, and technical documentation. It is imperative that the IT Architect is an excellent communicator, both verbally and via documentation. This position has the potential to be a long-term role, even a possible hire.

Client requires 6-9 years experience with these qualifications: Bachelor of Computer Science or related discipline, 8+ years in IT, 3+ years as an IT Architect and experience with a SDLC methodology. Candidates must also have experience designing solutions with Informatica ETL and dimensional data models and the ability to communicate effectively with diagrams and design documents. Client s desired qualifications are for candidate with experience with large enterprise systems, the proven ability to think strategically and implement governance, a strong desire to learn new technologies and processes, the experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, specifically Report Designer and the experience with performance tuning on SQL Server. Candidates must have the ability to work in a team environment to solve complex problems and the ability to interact with and communicate status to various levels of management.
