Job description:
We are currently seeking Technical Consultants to be a part of our rapidly growing Integration Services consulting group. This position is primarily responsible for the implementation and configuration of Informatica’s PowerCenter and Actuate as part of the Callidus TrueComp module, in addition to other incentive compensation applications – Siebel Incentive Compensation (ICM), Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC), Synygy, Motiva, Xactly, Compel, Centive, Business Objects ICM, and Varicent.

Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities of the Technical Consultant include, but are not limited to the following:
Work closely with customers to gather and document information about current data warehousing systems.
Analyze and review customer sales transaction structures and the processes and policies related to data integrity and consistency.
Provide recommendations for process improvements where appropriate.
Develop custom data transformation processes to provide appropriate data to the compensation automation system.
As part of a consulting team, provide advanced expertise of incentive compensation software technologies.
Develop and leverage test environments using testing automation software.
Work closely with team members and project managers to improve the implementation methodologies and practices.
Plan, estimate and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements:
Strong organizational, customer relationship, and verbal/written communication skills are required.
Must possess excellent problem solving and listening skills.

Able to travel 100%.

Experience/Skills
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems - Minors in Accounting or Business ideal.  Advanced degree preferred.
3-5 years of direct external consulting experience.
Must possess a strong background working with Incentive Compensation, SQL, UNIX, PL/SQL, data warehousing and scripting.
Must possess previous software implementation/integration experience within a client/server environment.
Must possess a general knowledge of ETL systems, OS platforms, various databases, etc., responsibilities may include creating data mappings from various sources, web based reports, and testing.
Informatica or Actuate experience required.
