Description:
Customer Data Integration (CDI) provides the infrastructure and tools required to create and maintain various enterprise customer relationship views.The platform is comprised of a vendor supplied and maintained data hub along with code modules and API’s used for data matching and searching.Customized modules are used to supply source system customer data changes to the CDI Hub as well as to update the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) with enterprise match ids.Various real-time messaging (RTM) services are used to access the CDI customer views.The CDI team is looking for an Information Analyst who will be responsible for the following:
· Performs as a technical lead on software development projects with responsibility for overall delivery of CDI Hub software components.
o Maintains integrity and traceability of the configuration throughout the software life cycle.
o Plans, organizes, and coordinates the release of new products and enhancements into the CDI production environment.
o Participates in technical design, development and implementation of application systems.
· Performs as a technical lead on daily support of the CDI Hub software components.
o Analyzes and recommends technical and process enhancements.
o Troubleshoots and triages system issues.
o Monitors operating efficiency of daily CDI Hub activity.
o Performs root cause analysis, develops solution options, and influences the organization to adopt recommendations.
o Submits and manages platform change control requests.
o
· Performs as a technical point of contact for all CDI Hub activities.
o Facilitates communication and cooperation between the core team and various platform support groups.
o Facilitates communication and cooperation between the third party vendor and various platform support groups.
o Manages the maintenance and communication plan for the CDI platform.
· Works in a team environment, actively driving improvements, identifying risks, and collaborating on key decisions.

Experience/Skills
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical curriculum
1 Year experience in Application Administration
1 year experience in shell scripting
1 Year experience in UNIX/Linux
1 Year SQL experience
2 Years experience in IT delivery projects

Preferred Qualifications:
· Exposure to Initiate Systems CDI products
· IT Systems experience in either design, development, or testing
· Experience managing 7x24 operational platform
· Experience working with third party software vendors
