Description
Genesis10 is seeking an Information Architect for EIS Process Documentation project for a major client in Charlotte, NC on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:
- To produce a document that thoroughly defines the EIS operating model, by identifying roles, responsibilities, touch points, standards and process templates. This will include, but not limited to the following:
- Define and document the EIS in-house operating model with roles, responsibilities and touch points.
- Define and document the off-shore operating model with touch points.
- Define and document the DA and DBA touch points and involvement for EIS team.
- Create a RACI chart of roles and responsibilities.
- Define and document the Business Analyst standards, best practices, testing requirements and process templates.
- Define and document the ETL standards, best practices, testing requirements, process templates and release requirements.
- Define and document the Reporting standards, best practices, testing requirements, process templates and release requirements.
- Define and document the M&E Reporting best practices, testing requirements, process templates and release requirements.
- Define and document the DA standards, best practices, testing requirements, process templates and release requirements.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Be able to conduct effective interviews.
- Understand large corporation culture and matrix processes.
- Familiar with RACI diagram techniques.
- Possess good technical writer skills.
