Are you a network security Engineer or Architect looking for a better opportunity? Do you have at least 10-years experience in computer and network security, including at least 5-years of IA/C&A environments and operations with the DoD and intelligence community ( IC )? If so. Read On!

In this position, you'll support government customers in the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community to securely develop and deploy various strategic capabilities for cloud computing and virtualization.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Determining security requirements
* Designing security architectures
* Guiding developers on secure implementations and security best practices
* Fully supporting certification & accreditation (C&A) processes
* Promote and use software development processes that efficiently support secure implementations and meeting C&A schedule objectives
* Provide IA and C&A thought leadership as needed in order for customers to deploy new capabilities on schedule and operate them securely

What you need for this position:

* 10+ years of experience in computer and network security
* 5+ years of experience with DoD and IC IA/C&A environments and operations
* BS/BA (computer science, mathematics or engineering preferred)
* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent
* Active United States Top Secret security clearance (SSBI) and eligible for an SCI

(NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE US TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITION)

* Advanced technologies for cloud computing, virtualization, and security
* Advanced security threats for cloud and virtualized environments
* C&A under DCID 6/3
* C&A for PL3
* C&A under DITSCAP
* Writing and implementing comprehensive security test plans
* Software engineering tools that support IA and C&A needs such as requirements traceability, use-based design, security tests, and system build processes
* Operational security management and maintenance of government systems

A big plus:

* MS/PhD, computer science, mathematics or engineering preferred
* Knowledge of ICD 503
* C&A for PL4
* C&A under DIACAP
