Manpower Professional has an exciting position for a Information Security Architect in the Duluth, Minnesota area. The Information Security Architect is responsible for designing, validating, and documenting the implementation of security controls that protect the information systems infrastructure. Key functions of this position include: - Design and coordinate the implementation of security measures that safeguard the infrastructure against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure. - Design future security strategies, architectures and security requirements based on organizational needs and requirements. - Ensure infrastructure and future technology deployments are in compliance with established security policy and standards. - Evaluate and recommend best practice architecture and controls for critical information security systems such as firewall, VPN, IDS, and auditing systems. - Design and coordinate implementation of best practice information security methodologies for monitoring and enforcing compliance with established policies and standards. - Perform security assessments including threat and vulnerability analysis and provide recommendations for corrective action. - Conduct forensic investigations for security incidents, intrusion attempts, and system anomalies.
