Key Accountabilities

Analyze errors to determine origin and communicate outcome and solutions (written or verbally) to Team Leads or Frontline Leaders.

Use appropriate problem solving, research, and analysis tools to collect, analyze, synthesize quantitative, and/or qualitative data and information.

Recommend solutions through suggestions for system enhancements, procedure changes, etc.

Remain impartial and make sound judgements based on clear and documented facts.

Follow established procedures at all times to ensure consistent decisions.

Assist coworkers, frontline leaders, and managers for the purpose of meeting deadlines, achieving departmental goals, and producing reports in a timely manner.

Participate in activities to support departmental success and protect company interests.

Effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and management in a professional manner that strengthens the integrity of the department and Humana.

Create and maintain proactive communication with other departments to ensure a positive ongoing relationship

Ability to use web-based technology, computer software/systems, and productivity tools necessary to accomplish individual and team objectives

Ability to articulately advocate own perspective verbally, graphically, and in writing

Proven ability to keep closely attuned to the needs and perspectives of associates and use this insight to strengthen the team as a whole


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Required

3-5 years of operational experience

Quality background desired

Six Sigma Knowledge Desired

Working Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Productsdf-tc
