Immediate need for information technology (i.t. position) seeking fun working environment,
1.Manage the relationship with application service provider(s).
2.Evaluate processes to become more efficient, including report design for multi-facility and dashboard management (i.e., Crystal Reports).
3.Evaluate primary software for adequacy, and if inadequate, facilitate objective evaluation of other available packages.
4.Make decisions regarding the scheduling of software upgrades.
5.Manage new equipment purchases.
6.Oversee new user and group roles.
7.Coordinate telecommunications and internet services for remote facilities, which would include switch upgrades, and evaluate VoIP.
8.Ensure the support corporate office users.

Degree in Computer Science or related field
Masters preferred
10yrs in Information Technology field
