Position Description:
Ajilon Consulting's Louisville, Kentucky office has an immediate opening for a Technical Recruiting Manager. The successful candidate will work in tandem with the Account Managers and Sales teams in servicing the IT needs of multiple clients across a variety of industries, and possessing various technologies. Will be responsible for the complete hiring process including identification of potential candidates for employment, verification of skills and abilities, completing reference checks, and negotiating offers for both contracting and permanent employment opportunities. Will collaborate with internal and external sources to facilitate the hiring process.

Experience:
Must Have:
- One to Three years experience in staffing industry.
- The ability to perform full life cycle recruiting.
- The drive and creativity to source candidates using a variety of industry sourcing techniques.
- The desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Professional work ethic.
- Former experience recruiting in Information Technology preferred.

Prefer Bachelor's degree.
