Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Siebel Application/Production team role handles CRM development and maintenance responsibilities, work with the user community, analyze, design, build and test Siebel application and batch processes.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years in information systems or related field
  • Proven strong background in CRM applications, specifically Siebel
  • Demonstrated strong skills in Siebel 7.7 EIM, a solid understanding of the Siebel 7.7 data model, Oracle PL/SQL, DataStage and some understanding of Siebel 7.7 application configuration (Siebel 7.7 Tools)
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Proven understanding of business processes

  • Proven background in Siebel development and maintenance efforts
  • Demonstrated proficiency with software development methodology
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
