Description
What is it:

Support Technician - a support position supporting IT, telecommunications and office services.

What you do:

? Provide desk-side support for end users running MAC OS Windows OS basic systems
? Provide support to Network Administrator for scheduled upgrades, patches, service packs & workstation maintenance
? Provide telecom support; set up phones, conference calls, updates, programming, monitoring log files and reporting and fixing errors.
? Provide A/V support.
? Managing computerized security system.
? Work with office services to maintain and schedule repairs to the electrical system, A/C, and various office services.
? Asset and inventory management

What do you need?

? MUST HAVE MAC EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE!
? 1 + years experience in installation and configuration of Windows MAC OS, MS Office, Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat) & Suitcase X.
? Lotus Notes knowledge and font software management a plus
? Experience with telecommunications systems and maintenance
? Excellent technical ability
? Above-average organizational skills
? Customer service oriented and excellent communication skills
? Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
? Ability to lift 50 pounds or less
? Excellent problem-solving skills
