Need a Trainer for in Information Technology Department
Reports to IT Director
Primary responsibility: in-house trainer for our operations and accounting systems.
Backup to IT Director (troubleshoot software and hardware issues)
SKILL SET:
Microsoft Office Proficient
Excel - advanced user (e.g.. macros, pivot tables)
Word
Desktop publishing tools
Trouble shoot / fix simple hardware / networking issues
Printer jams
Scan devices
PC / thin clients
Network devices (switches, routers, firewall)
Telecommunication knowledge
PBX / telephone lines
Data lines
Cell phones
Communication
Bi-lingual (English / Spanish preferred)
GOAL:
Become fluent in (in-house software), RECY , FIBU, MULCO...
Create training manual / examples
Train new employees
Audit existing employee - train
Backup for IT Director
Day-to-day operations
Backup
System status / troubleshoot incidents
Special projects
Comfortable in both office and 'yard' environment (inside / outside...) They have 3 locations corporate is in Vernon and the Recycle center is across the street, the other location is Long Beach.
