Infrastructure Architect
*Verifies and validates integrated systems planning and recommends solutions on root cause analysis.
*Provides in-depth technical consultation to GSSM, Suppliers, and Compuware V&V Team on server platforms, clustering, and Windows/UNIX environments.
*Verifies and validates test results on distributes architecture, internet architecture, and communication architectures, providing feedback on best practices and root cause analysis.
*Senior level understanding of GSSM functions and systems.
*Provides analytical and problem-solving skills for infrastructure architecture.
*Understands high-level NGIS database architecture, SAN architecture, Server architecture, and Integration architecture.
*Verifies and validates infrastructure architectures proposed by Suppliers, applying best practices and thought-leadership to expose hidden architectural risks.
*Ensures architectural GSSM standards and practices are followed. Investigate NGIS issues and determine root cause. Solve or escalate issues to ensure timely resolution for GSSM. Provides technical expertise building complex distributed systems across networks, hardware sizing, and topology designs.
