Critical Skills: Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Microsoft Clustering, SQL Database, Microsoft 3 tier web architecture, Active Directory, server design and engineering; ability to make capacity decisions and marry business requirements to technical alternatives. These are senior level positions and are NOT system administrator positions.
