We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist


Job Description :

-Provide infrastructure and support services enabling the company's perimeter services, including Internet and connections with third parties.
-These services enable company's operational business relationships with external partners including business processes, off shoring and outsourcing.
--Delivers cost effective solutions meeting business requirements in compliance with GSK security and risk management and audit policies and guidelines.
--Develops measures and processes to ensure B2B services are efficiently and effectively provided, managed, and supported in alignment with the business requirements.
--Provide 2nd-level technical support for the network infrastructure.
--Perform technical lead on complex tasks for small to medium projects
--Change, configuration, incident, problem and availability management

Experience/Skills
--Strong understanding of firewall technologies including: Checkpoint firewalls (CCSE preferred), Nokia/IPSO platform and Provider 1 --Knowledge and experience of networking technologies including: TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, Cisco routers and switches, VPN concentrators and routers
--Knowledge of network security technologies and their interaction with firewall technologies, including network intrusion detection system (Sourcefire) and host intrusion detection system (HID) using Cisco Security Agent (CSA)
--Experience in working with telecommunications carries and service providers.
--Experience designing and deploying firewall and network equipment and services globally
