Your deep understanding of our prospects will determine a good match between them and our HRO offerings. Your success and incentive compensation is directly tied to lead quality and productivity.
The Inside Sales Associate position is a key role in The Client Companys high performance sales organization.

As part of our Inside Sales Team based at our San Leandro, California headquarters, use your critical thinking skills to determine what prospects' best fit The Client Company's HRO offerings. Your day will involve a combination of cold calling and qualifying warm leads, so your aptitude and interest in making outbound calls will be essential. Your previous successful experience in B to B selling, outsourced services, or technology solutions will help you blow the lid off your numbers. Your ability to research and thoroughly understand customers' needs is critical, as it will be your priority to pass only viable leads to the outside sales group. What's more, you will share in successful closes, as your incentive compensation is based on closed deals that you initiated. We are a very metrics driven organization, and your ability to document your efforts, utilize a CRM tool, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, will be necessary for this role. The Client Companys Inside Sales Team is looking for people who bring their A game to the office, who demand to win, and want to be part of a dynamic team and company.
