Immediate need for an Inside Sales Engineer seeking a growing company and opportunity for advancement. As a Inside Sale Engineer you will be responsible for offering excellent customer service, gathering information, preparing quotations, entering and expediting orders and following up with customers. This position will ensure proper preparation and submittal of customer documentation requirements and maintain technical competence with all company aspects of business systems relating to the processing of customer orders. Will be interacting with customers and principals via telephone, Fax, e-mail and occasionally face-to-face, to ensure that the customer as well as Company requirements are met. Engineer and quote best technical control solution to client, develop good working relationships with factory personnel and seek their expertise when appropriate and develop understanding of customer requirements to provide effective solutions. Looking for someone with Process control background, strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position will need someone able to work a flexible schedule and be deadline oriented. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
