Support the sales staff by providing solution ideas for customers and quoting those solutions accurately. Communicate daily with customers, network engineers and sales staff. Document all sales processes and assist with projection of sales. Assist the Sales Engineers with network design. Remain current on licensing programs of major vendors, especially Microsoft
