Immediate need for inside sales supervisor seeking excellent benefits, strong commission structure and a prestigious work environment. Process strategic and analytical skills as well as, excellent oral, written communication and people skills. Selling, contract negotiation skills will be keys to success in this dynamic, stable, high tech organization. Will be responsible for directing and monitoring sales team and help develop call campaigns, and sales promotions. Participate in the selling process and facilitate closing of sales as necessary. Maintain an accurate pipeline and report to management. Perform account reviews on an ongoing basis. Daily coordination of training of sales personnel in regards to company products, best sales practices, phone usage and goldmine software, Help develop and implement standardized scripting and call handling strategies, Coach the members of the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, presentation, understanding and conveying of benefits and pain relief from the company products. Have strong knowledge in mainframe software!! Approve customer/prospect quotes/pricing as authorized for this Computer Software company. Software or Hardware sales exp. is required!!!
