Description
This position is an excellent opportunity for a Training Developer with one of our leading clients. You will support existing training as well as identify and develop new training. Supporting the existing Knowledge Management system as well as identifying and developing new instances to grow the business is an important part of this position. You will coordinate with the managers of each audience, the trainers and the business subject matter experts to identify new training and identify communication needs.

3+ years of Training Development experience is required. A mastery of Knowledge Management theories and practices, Communication Development techniques and Communication Delivery and Methods is essential. Strong oral, written and electronic communication skills are a must. Experience with instructor-led, web-based, CD Rom and other computer training methods is needed. Excellent time management skills are needed. Strong PC with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project are required.
