Description
Ajilon Consulting is looking for an Instructional Designer who has experience with a tool called OnDemand, which will be used for developing training documentation for this project. The training materials will be used for Instructor Led Classes and Job Aids. The project will be for the HP Service Manager replacing the old tool.

This is a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines. Must be able to commit to working the hours necessary to complete assignments.

The client is willing to wait for a candidate with OnDemand.

Experience/Skills
-Needs to be experienced in developing training for a new application. The training materials will be used for Instructor Led Classes and Job Aids.

-Prefer experience with the training tool OnDemand - this will be used for developing training documentation for this project. Project will be for HP Service Manager replacing old tool.

-Requires analytical skills to interpret business requirements and provide documentation at a level easily understandable to those not having a deep insurance background.

-Must be experienced in interviewing business and technical resources to extract requirements.

-Must be able to identify issues and propose solutions to reach consensus for quick resolution.

-Must be able to comfortably lead requirement sessions with participants across all areas of responsibility within Allstate to review and report out findings.

-Ideal candidates will have strong systems analysis and writing skills.

-Must be able to work as part of a team consisting of employees and consultants.
