Description
CDI has a great opportunity for six months plus contract assignments for several Instructional Designers to work remote with one of our clients involved in the development of e-learning curriculum.

These Instructional Designers will work on various web based projects ranging from refresher courses and skill enhancement to full term courses.

Will perform learning needs assessments; design learning solutions for delivery via a variety of modes including web based (synchronous and asynchronous)

Integrate sound adult learning principles into solutions.

Work in collaboration with a range of subject matter experts and instructional designers and professionally represent the client with their customers.

Qualified candidates will have three to five years of instructional design experience in variety of media.

One or more years of call center or contact center experience.

Experience with customer service and software application training.

Ability to write clear and concise documentation.

Preferred software experience includes: MS Office Suite, HTML page development with MS Front Page or equivalent; web casting programs such as Centra or WebEx, Adobe Acrobat, Snaglt or similar screen capture program, Flash, Captivate, Paint Shop Pro, and Intiva.df-tc
