Work with cutting-edge technology at a leading Telecommunications Firm! Are you ready to be an Instructional Designer with a leading Telecommunications Firm? Are you a self-starter with a desire for continuous learning? Then we have a position for you! In this role you will convert leader-led courses into a blended or 100% web-based deliverable for BCS Call Center and WCS Service Delivery curriculums. You will be required to evaluate existing leader-led course material for appropriate conversion to eLearning. The perfect candidate will have solid front-end and task analysis skills that will be used to determine appropriate design plans for each project, as well as excllent eLearning skills for the design and development tasks of converting course material. An excellent work ethic, self-starter, attention to details and attendance are crucial to your success in this role. Excellent project management skills, the ability to work in an atmosphere of ambiguity with little supervision, and using existing instructional design standards and processes is also required.
