We have an immediate need for an Instructional Designers

JOB DESCRIPTION
Great opportunity for several Instructional Designers for direct positions with one of our clients in Orlando, FL and Pensacola, FL. These Instructional Designers will design interactive training materials for a variety of delivery systems including CD-ROM, Internet, and electronic classrooms. Will design interactive training materials that include sound instructional design methodology, appropriate training strategies, and participant activities for small and large groups, and will develop evaluation tools for the assessment of training needs and products. Will work with Graphic Artists, Programmers, and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive multimedia courseware, and will research and identify data sources for instructional material development and additional information needed for instructor and participant materials.
Required education and skills include BS/BA Degree with a minimum of two years direct ISD experience. MS/MA degree in education, instructional design, or similar field preferred. Must have demonstrated experience in designing training for technology-delivered instruction (CBT, web-based training, electronic performance support, etc.). Must have experience in using established methodologies in all stages of the instructional design process including needs assessment, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Must have experience with authoring tools and related software for the purpose of producing multimedia training packages with emphasis on Evolution Outsmart. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and have familiarization with ADL SCORM and ADA Section 508 compliance requirements. Strong written and presentation skills needed.
