Adecco is looking for a Senior level Integration Architecht. This is a full time position and the ideal candidate will need to have great technical, presentaion skills. This person will need to make recommendations to improve efficiencies.
Job Description:
An expert in IT Software and application systems architecture with an emphasis on system integration; undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Leads solution design for the most complex systems software engineering projects, involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple business units. Provides integrated systems planning and recommends innovative technologies. Makes well thought out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture and software design issues.


Coordinates with Business Analyst and users to determine requirements. Serves as a specialist who integrates business-level processes and data within an enterprise and between organizations by linking applications, whether purchased or developed in-house or provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), to better support business processes, reduce cycle times (or latencies), costs, and increase agility to respond quickly to new business opportunities.

Ensures that projects or enhancements are well designed, meet performance criteria and monitored to increase efficiency. Applies system design theories and principles in researching, designing, and developing solutions and interfaces. Establishes and communicates common goal and architecture direction for team. Acts as a resource for direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors project schedules and costs to offer technical options to reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

This person will be a member of the Architecture Team reporting to the Chief Enterprise Architect, providing architecture assistance across different projects and IT teams within Adecco. The successful candidate will be expected to develop expertise in Adecco's tools, products, frameworks and technologies and assist IT / project delivery teams with adoption and appropriate use.
S/he will be assigned to projects where s/he will be expected to:
Understand key business / organization requirements, drivers and constraints.

Map them to tools, technologies, and strategies, to provide solutions to meet business needs. Leverage knowledge of current Adecco applications & technologies, best practices, and architecture roadmaps to establish solution approach and design.
Focus on non-functional requirements and abilities like interoperability, performance and security. Understand and manage key project technical issues and risks. Communicate and escalate to IT Management as necessary. Set direction and lead performance and testing.



Job Requirements


Experience:

8 to 10+ years in leading Internet and integration architecture projects
Experience utilizing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) practices
Experience working with middleware technologies including BPM, EAI, ESB, EII and ETL technologies.
Experience working with at least one of the major RDBMS systems, especially Oracle.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
Strong presentation skills are desired (candidate should be able to present complex technical solutions and architectures).
Candidate should be able to work with consultants, developers and other project stakeholders (as necessary) to understand requirements as well as business and technical drivers that shape the architecture.


Hard Skills:

Must have held the role of a Technical or Solution Architect for enterprise-scale solutions.
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks
8 + years information technology and software development experience required.
5 + yrs Product / Service development or management experience.
5 + years web-based application development (HTML, Javascript, XML)
