Our customer in Hartland, WI is seeking an INTEGRATION LEAD DEVELOPER to be responsible for leading the design and development of software used to integrate company systems to legacy or third party systems. Train other developers to assist in the development of these strategies and solutions. Duties also involve giving regular status updates to the Implementation Services Manager in order to monitor the progress of integration projects. Travel to client sites will be required in order to gather technical requirements, and the Integration Lead is expected to have strong interpersonal skills to both craft and elicit valid requirements and to communicate integration strategy effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Design, coordinate, monitor, and implement all implementation strategies. *Initiate, develop, and instigate a progressive program of continuous integration improvements. *Work actively with Integration Development, New Product Development, and Production Services teams to ensure that integration strategies are known, understood, and adhered to. Requirements: *Experience or knowledge of MSMQ, BizTalk and/or Microsoft Host Integration Server. Extensive experience with Microsoft Visual Basic, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and with their Microsoft enterprise application development frameworks. *Proficient with defining and interpreting XML and XSD *Experience with RDBMS, in particular with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 databases *Demonstrated knowledge of structured development processes, technical project management, software testing and documentation. Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline. Proven leadership abilities including 7+ years experience.
