KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Crowe Chizek is looking for managers/project leaders to expand the capabilities of the Mid Market - Microsoft Systems Consulting Group in either the Oak Brook, IL, or Indianapolis, IN offices. Leaders will fill team management roles and provide project management, system testing, and business analysis/business process mapping services. These individuals will have a client delivery focus with leadership roles related to growing and developing the business and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience as project/team leader; 3+ years of general consulting experience related to technology (e.g. software development, integration, etc.) and/or business (e.g. software implementation, business analysis/process mapping, etc.) with medium or large organizations is strongly preferred.
Ability and affinity to coach, mentor, and/or develop team members to reach goals for the project or organizational unit must be demonstrated in prior experience.
Leadership skills and proven experience in making difficult decisions and helping others understand and support them.
Project Management experience on small to medium size projects is required.
Technology/System Development experience with Microsoft tools required.
Business Analysis experience is required. Ability to document and diagram business processes and translate into system requirements. Experience with Visio or similar tool is required.
Desire to be involved in both the technical and business elements of software development, integration, and implementation projects.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written are essential.
Ability and willingness to travel.
