We are looking for someone who is a hands-on systems engineer, with integration and test experience related to DoD and ACAT programs who has an active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Poly.

What you need for this position:

- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
- Strong SIGINT collection systems knowledge
- Ability to coordinate with T4 testing resources to plan, coordinate, execute and monitor progress of DT&E testing activities and ensure generation of TEMP and all required SEI&T documentation
- Demonstrated strong mission understanding as well as complete understanding of the goals of DT&E testing, the customer organization, the test environment, and the systems to be integrated.
- Ability to evaluate test results and provide assessments for corrective actions and process tailoring
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders including other test directors, developers, deployment management organizations, Operational Test Authority (OTA) and senior management
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture concepts and reference architectures, including knowledge of current NSA SOA efforts
- Understanding of network security policy (DCID 6/3) and Certification & Accreditation (C&A)

- Extensive hands-on systems engineering, integration and test work related to DoD and ACAT programs.
- You will plan, structure, and orchestrate the Integration and Test activities and schedule for a major high visibility acquisition effort which includes the coordination and integration of multiple components from disparate development efforts to deliver an integrated set of end-to-end capabilities.
