Description
Our customer, a leading Carolina's based IBM premier business partner is looking for a strong consulting lead to support Intel systems (IBM xSeries/BladeCenter and related technologies) and services presales, post-sales delivery and consulting, and project management with a focus on the following solution areas:

. IBM e-Business Enablement Solutions
. HA/DR/Business Continuation Solutions
. Installation, Migration, and Consolidation Services
. Networking Services
. Planning and Design Services
. Security Solutions
. Systems and Storage Management Solutions.

The right candidate will have the following skills:

. Strong Windows Server (2000/2003) knowledge and experience, including Active Directory (plus Group Policy Management), SMP, SUS and current MCSE (Win2000/2003) certification. Also, prefer knowledge and experience with Microsoft CMS, Exchange Server, SMS, and ISA Server.
. Strong VMware (GSX and EXS) knowledge and experience, including current VCP certification.
. Intel server design and engineering knowledge and experience, preferably with IBM xSeries and BladeCenter products. Experience with HA/DR solutions is also preferred.
. Storage technology design and engineering experience, preferably with IBM Storage Technologies (FastT and Shark). Experience with TSM or similar storage management software solution is preferred.
. Strong technology Pre-sales experience. Experience supporting selling activities, including subject matter expertise in relevant technologies, problem definition and solution development, and proposal development including work scoping and estimating.
. Strong project management skill and experience, including project scoping and estimating, tracking and reporting, and results analysis.
. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
. Self motivated leader, confident, able to leverage existing and new technologies to facilitate solution development and customer satisfaction.
