Description
The Creative Group's entertainment/media/advertising company is seeking an interactive designer to join their team. Working in a fast paced, creative environment, the interactive designer will design virtual world integrations, advergaming, microsites and immersive custom skins. The interactive designer will be involved throughout the sales cycle beginning with collaborating with Sales Team members to brainstorm innovative solutions and new advertising concepts to pitch to potential advertisers. Core responsibilities include designing, managing, and producing custom ads that map to an advertiser's brand and campaign goals.

Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will have some project management, client interfacing skills and above all, a happy attitude. Skills and competencies include strong visual design skills with keen sense of brand; expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash; actionscripting, HTML and CSS a plus (but assets will be passed to a developer for programming). 5 + years experience in online advertising design with at least 1 year of experience in a production role; Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Digital Arts, Interactive Media, Advertising or equivalent.
