Operations Manager - Interactive Advertising

The Operations Manager is responsible for the successful execution of development projects from inception to release. The Operations Manager will supervise a team of Project Managers, who manage the internal logistics of the job, including creation of estimates, timelines, resource allocation, job routing and reviews, submissions and monitoring of financials throughout the job. The Operations Manager will work in concert with other department heads to ensure that the right creative and technical team is assigned to each project and to manage resources appropriately. Across a broad spectrum, the Operations Manager will have a bird's eye view of the status and progress of all jobs and will be responsible for ensuring that production timelines are met on a consistent basis. In addition, the Operations Manager will play a leadership role in honing and enhancing the agency's development process and seeking continuous improvement in efficiency.

What skills are needed to apply:

- 2+ years in a similar role in a medical communications company or advertising agency.
- 3+ years experience in an Operations Management role
- Pharma or Medical Device experience required
- Experience overseeing Interactive/Digital Projects, including animation, video, 3D, web, database and email.
- Knowledge and experience of Interactive procedures and workflow models, various software development life cycle models and creative approaches
- Project Management Principles (Project Management Certification a plus).
- Pharmaceutical advertising experience required
- Able to manage financials successfully, monitor actuals vs. estimate, scope changes and Change Order Control
- Able to manage multiple projects at one time
- Able to allocate resources effectively and forecast resource requirements across multiple jobs.
