Key Strategic Responsibilities:Delivery of consulting servicesProject Management of integrated calibration solutionsProviding input for new products and product requirements for the US market Translating feature requirements into engineering specificationsDefining supportability requirementsOffice IT requirementsKey Tactical Responsibilities:Support sales in identifying and accessing new target customers and new business areas within Integration ServicesWorking closely with existing key customers, lead customer in integration matters.Undertaking networking in appropriate market sectors.Key Operational Responsibilities:Assist in the maintenance and growth of Support Contract business Integration Sales Support as well as after sales support to end users and representativesIntegrationValidationDbase conversionsTraining (where needed)Technical Expertise:Excellent methodical remote troubleshooting skills, very strong as a HW/SW system integrator.Experience of programming in a variety of environments (Visual Basic a plus) C++ Programming experience is required. 1. Understanding of how relational databases are built and how they work (SQL Server and Oracle) 2. Visual Basic (Part of Visual Studio 2005 tool box) + Object Orientated programming skills3. SQL (Structured Query Language)4. C# (Part of Visual Studio 2005 tool box)5. Understanding of .NET architectureExperience of a variety of network systemsExperience of Dbase conversions - SQL/XML required.
