Description
CDI has an immediate opening for am Intermediate Project Engineer. Responsibilities will include, % of time spent: 90% technical 10% MS product usage and other assigned tasks

Assignment can be either the South Charleston, WV or Pitts, PA

Setting up Cisco, Nortel and other network equipment, configuring, testing, installing.
Candidate will be working as a team member and will be required to troubleshoot network and communication equipment in the territory. Candidate may be required conduct remote diagnosis or work on-site at customer location.

Project/Objectives:
Work as a team member and work independently after short term OJT training to support large installed communication voice, data, wireless and VoIP system products.

Cisco Systems: Voice, Data, Wireless and VoIP product support to customers

Nortel Systems: Exp: keyed and PBX systems
Travel Required
A college degree in a technical/engineering field is desirable
Must have 2 to 3 years minimum experience

Must be capable of both written and speaking communication for working with customers delivery of services on telephone, on-site response as with team members and management. Extensive amount of documentation is required


Must be certified in Cisco CCNA, CCNP Cisco CCVP Desirable: Cisco Call Center - UCCX
Must have successfully installed, configured, tested and implemented all phases of Cisco router
Must have successfully worked to resolved a problem one installed Cisco router
Must have a working knowledge and use of MS Office Suite


Exceptional speed and efficiency with key boarding skills
Also, comprehension reading skills and application of technical references document.df-tc
