Description
Coordinates the development and maintenance of SOX 404 documentation for the company. Works closely with the operational areas to ensure that internal control deficiencies are properly addresses. Consults with process owners on the development and modification of internal controls. Performs SOX 404 management testing. Performs application access administration duties. Coordinates the development, implementation, and administration of policies and procedures. Professional certification(CPA, CIA, CISA) is preferred.
