Diagnoses and troubleshoots inbound technical help desk calls for 16,000 internal employees. Provides support services for technical problems and information technology issues involving desktops, laptops, applications, or network services. Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of the customer to appropriate technical personnel. df-tc

Experience/Skills
A successful candidate has strong customer service and people skills along with technical experience. Must have experience with internal help desk!!!! 2+ years experience preferred.
