Job Description/Responsibilities:




The Inventory Analyst supports the advertising Sales staff of the online and wireless division of the Company and will be the point of contact for day to day management of online advertising inventory. The Inventory Analyst is focused on providing support to the Sales staff and serves as the interface for all inventory related issues for all internal customers. Requirements for the position include experience forecasting online advertising media or experience in a comparable analytics role. You will have prior experience forecasting; must have expertise manipulating, interrupting and reporting on large data sets. You will demonstrate a combination of business and technical skills with proven written, verbal and analytical communication skills required.



Top Skills:

Bachelors degree and 3+ years professional experience including experience in online advertising inventory management, web analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position

Experience manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and reporting results, verbal or written in a clear and effective manner

Proven ability to communicate and partner with various groups within an organization such as Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams

Experience forecasting online advertising inventory or forecasting in comparable industry such as hospitality or finance

Working knowledge of advertising industry a plus

Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel, working knowledge of Access or relational databases a plus

Ability to access, manipulate, analyze, trend and interpret data

Ability to present complex concepts and data analyses results in a clear and effective manner both verbally and in written presentation

Requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, self motivation and the ability to work under pressure

Excellent customer-service skills, experience with supporting Sales staff a plus

Ability to work in fast-paced sometimes ambiguous environment either independently or in team setting
