This is a great opportunity to work for an internationally recognized company located in the Portland, Oregon area. Portland offers the amenities of a large metro area yet still has a small town look and feel. Job Title: Inventory Management Product Support with SAP R/3 IM Module (There are no Corp-to-Corp or Visa Sponsorships available for this opportunity) Start Date: Mid April 2005 Duration: Five months Location: Beaverton, OR Resources Required: 1 Pay Rate Range: up to $48/hr W2 all-inclusive (no expenses) Overview: Our client looking for someone to perform front line Production Support - answering user emails and phone calls relating to the Inventory Management (IM) Module in R/3. They need to have SAP IM knowledge and also need to be competent at efficiently dealing with a high volume of user questions and queries. He wants a high level help desk equivalent. Required Skills: - MUST HAVE: R/3 the Inventory Management (IM) Module - Triage incoming Problems and Questions and pass to appropriate member of Production Support Team for resolution - Liaison between technical staff and business end users during issue resolution - Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills - Ability to organize and coordinate tasks across a multi functional / multi location team - 1+ years active use / work with the Materials Management Modules in SAP R/3 (at least in an end-user capacity) Nice-to-Have Skills: - Create and Manage Execution of Test Plans for Production Changes - Creation of Test Data in SAP IM Module - Deadline and Quality driven - Ability to Create Clear and concise business process documentation - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities Other: This is a contract position requires the work to be performed in a normal 40 hour workweek Mon Fri during standard business hours unless otherwise stated.
