Essential Function: Hands on ability to educate, instill & empower formidable J2EE expertise to legacy technology developers & designers.

TIME PERCENTAGE
ROLE/FUNCTION

60%
LECTURE, LAB & SEMIINARS. Utilize and apply our specialized 16-week J2EE mentorship curriculum to prepare legacy application resources (primarily designers & developers with extensive ORACLE technologies) to develop & maintain true thin-client, distributed J2EE applications.

30%
PROJECT IMPLENTATION. Following mentorship program completion lead graduates in the development of true J2EE applications via our established non-proprietary framework to reproduce client application(s). This process also features repeatable, semi-automated analysis using our powerful legacy application business intelligence mining tools.

10%
J2EE MENTORSHIP. Expand & enhance our J2EE mentorship curriculum under the direction of our J2EE Mentorship Director. May also support OFJMT projects (automated conversion of legacy ORACLE applications into J2EE).


Organizational "Fit" Considerations: Ability to mentor, nurture & lead legacy ORACLE FORMS professionals into OOD/OOD J2EE. To be successful candidates must enjoy working with people and thrive on empowering people to their maximum potential.
