Experienced JAVA software ARCHITECT with solid experience in using HIBERNATE and STUTS, XML, HTML

Experience/Skills
Experience with JSP's, J2EE and servlets
Experience with IBM MQ series
Experience with Z/OS
Must know SQL
Ability to work under tight timeframes
Must be able to lead, direct and mentor a team of 6 or more developers
Good organizational skills.
Capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and
good judgment.
Problem resolution skills.
Excellent writing skills
