Application Focus Areas: PRS/SRS/SAS, LCA/eGov
Experience and Skills:

. Overall IT experience: 8-10 years
. Should have financial industry experience
. Must have experience supporting mission critical & complex Web
applications
. Experience with design and architecture of Multi-tiered Web
based applications and databases
. Strong experience in developing applications using Java, J2EE
(WebSphere, JBoss application servers) and Portal technologies
(on WebSphere, JBoss portal servers).
. Understanding of the RIA application development using Adobe
Flex and BIRT with Actuate 10
. Good experience in BPM technologies and implementation specific
to Cordys BPM.
. Exposure to VB6, Sybase and Lotus Notes 6.5 very helpful
. Understanding of application development with integration to
Sharepoint, IBM Tivoli manager and IBM Directory server.
. Hands on experience with tools such as WSAD/RAD, ER Win,
Rational Rose, ER-Win.
. Required Technology expertise: J2EE, Portals, Struts, DAOs,
Oracle 10G, Linux, Adobe Flex, Actuate 10, IBM WebSphere,
JBoss.
. Good to have experience: Application migration from IBM
WebSphere to JBoss environments.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
. Should have experience working closely with client managers and
in production support mode.
. Ability to prioritize and manage work based on criticality in a
fast-paced environment
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with offshore
teams.


Responsibilities:

. Work closely with client to understand As-Is application and
manage day-to-day production support activities and
enhancements
. Provide technology consulting to the client and offshore teams
. Work with the client managers in estimating effort for
application enhancements and scheduling production deployments
. Ability to lead and guide the offshore developers in executing
production fixes and enhancements
