We are looking for a JD Edwards Enterprise One Developer who can work on Accounting, Finance, HR, Operations modules. The position is full time and located in San Antonio, TX.

NOTE: This is NOT a heavy end-user position - it is a hands-on JD Edwards Application Development position

POSITION SUMMARY:
The JDE Developer maintains existing code and builds new programs in support of a large project or small enhancement/production ticket level of effort. The Developer programs using JD Edwards programming tools to create new applications for the various Accounting, Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations, etc. users .

Position Purpose: Professional level positions cover exempt professionals who contribute to the organization through expertise. The JDE Developer uses specialized knowledge, skills and experience to maintain and build IT programs supporting necessary functions of the Company.

Team Function/Scope: Serves as a member of large Application Development and Support department team and project leader as appropriate and is responsible for ensuring the satisfactory completion of significant portions of critical work and/or projects. Cooperates with other departments where necessary on tasks or small projects.

Experience/Skills
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA in computer science or related software engineering (desired).
Associate degree in computer science or related software engineering (required).
Minimum 2 years of JD Edwards programming experience.
Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One solution
Experience with upgrading major releases of JD Edwards highly desired.
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
