Description
Provide operational support to business utilizing the JD Edwards ERP 8.0 HR and Payroll Management modules. Research and respond to daily operational production support issues and end-user questions. Document and maintain issues log, and prepare status reports. Adhere to and enforce compliance with the established system development life cycle. Document functional requirements for bug fixes and enhancements, application configuration, and new reports, interfaces, conversions, or application extensions. Perform quality assurance for developed code. Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing. Assist with end-user training. Help develop enterprise standards, processes and controls. Work with Optio Forms, Acorde Imaging / Workflow, Cognos Business Intelligence and other related enterprise applications on an as needed basis.

Requirements:

3+ years of business experience with a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related area and familiarity with project management skills and experience in a large, multi-unit organization. Must have working knowledge of JD Edwards ERP 8.0 HR and Payroll management modules; experience with ADP tax, Cognos, Optio and Acorde helpful.
