Description
Direct hire position for a JDE support technician to monitor JD Edwards applications in a dynamic multi-platform 7x24 environment. Will provide phone and hands-on support across a Windows, Cisco Networking environment, receiving a large number of calls daily. Will support manufacturing and distribution modules. Responsibilities include JDE account administration, set up of new users, create accounts, ensure functionality, set up UDC tables. Will implement JDE version upgrades, test and document new applications and enhancements. Will implement JDE security.
This is a desirable and stable work environment. The technical environment is challenging and current. Background check and drug analysis required. df-tc


Experience/Skills
5+ years technical support experience.
Experience supporting JDE, J.D. Edwards applications.
Experience with creating accounts, resetting passwords, ensuring security.
Experience implementing JDE upgrades, testing and documentation.
AS/400 support experience is a plus.
Multi-platform experience in an enterprise environment.
Exceptional communication skills.
Self-motivation and positive attitude.
We are looking for a detail-oriented person.
Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
