Description
Work w/ art director and project mgrs to establish and carry out design goals for each project. Ability to formulate and present a variety of design concepts After a design direction is selected, must have ability to create necessary Web production art in Photoshop for further production by HTML coders Strong computer (most likely Mac) skills across a variety of creative based software programs (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash) and standard Office programs (word, outlook, etc.)Individual must have the ability to understand/translate client's brand, informational architecture design, and web best practices into an intuitive visual solution. Must exhibit very strong work ethic, high level of confidence, and passion for their designs/creations. Should have moderately strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to present and explain their designs in a way that establishes rapport and gains understanding across organization. Individual will have client facing responsibilities on a very limited basis w/ direct supervision. Prefer at least 2 years in web-specific graphic design role with corporate client. Position will involve the creation of graphic treatments and aesthetic designs for web interfaces, client proposals and presentations. Person should feel equally comfortable designing for on- and offline line environments and mediums.
