Description
A consultant is needed to work with project team to develop & design application programs & systems to implement interactive & dynamically generated components of the organization's website. Responsibilities include: Creating system architecture designs, Analyzing technical requirements, creating system designs & specifications, and programs & debugs complex programs.

Management Skills:
Provides supervision to Web Developers. Takes direction from the Project Leader. Requires minimal degree of supervision for project task work, seeks out direction from supervisor to keep assignments focused on objectives, recognizes and evaluates issues on assignments. Works closely with Web Designers and Project Leader. Works with: all project team members, all support groups, vendors and suppliers.
