Ajilon Consulting is currently looking for a resource who can Design and develop new java application to support incident/case tracking. Must have experience in (1) optimizing full-text searching using SQL Server 2005, (2) designing and developing dashboard metric reporting, (3) designing and developing security access utilizing groups, workgroups, roles, (4) designing and developing XML data feeds into and out of application, (5) designing and developing workflow queues, alerts, reminders with email integration.

Must have 5 years:
Microsoft SQL Server 2005
Websphere Server 6.0, Websphere Development Tool RAD
Architecture and development of Enterprise Java applications (J2EE) including Advanced Knowledge of EJB3
Java web development utilizing JSP and Apache Struts.
Security with session management
Web UI technologies including: HTML, AJAX, CSS, JQUERY, XML and XSL.
Development using Java Web services, including REST based web services
Able to work as a coach/mentor to junior-level developers to increase their skill levels
Must have 3 years:
Architecture and development of RIA (Rich Internet Application) focused web sites
