Salary & years experience:
Masters plus 4-6 years or Bachelors plus 8-10 years


Candidate must possess strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong grasp of the Intelligence Community as well as the ICES mission and responsibilities is a plus.




Education, Certifications:
Specific skills/ required:
. Create secure and scalable Java web applications.
. Assist in the maintenance of existing Java web applications.
. Work with other developers already on staff to ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner.

. Preferably has:
o Minimum of 5 years core, tier 2 or greater experience in object oriented application development.
o Solid knowledge of the J2EE development environment.
o An Understanding of AJAX development.
o Experience with Apache/Tomcat, Sun Java System Application Server, and/or Netscape Enterprise Server.
o Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux.
o Familiarity with Eclipse or other development tools a plus.
o Any Directory Services (LDAP) experience a plus as well.

Skills preferred: Java, PHP, MySQL
