Duties
- Exceptional C++/C#/Java programming skills
- Analysis, Design, Coding, Unit and Integration testing of Business applications in an object oriented environment.
- Manage full life-cycle development using agile development methodologies
- Provide proper documentation throughout development life cycle
- Follow, create, and improve software development process
- Ensure code reuse
- Ensure proper backup and protection of code base
- Willingness to learn New technologies

Position Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in software engineering
- 3- 5 years experience in J2EE technologies, JBOSS, Tomcat.
- 2 years minimum experience on database development using MS SQL Server or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in client server technologies, XML, SOAP, Web services
- Experience with distributed component applications using DCOM and NET Remoting desired
- Extensive Windows OS development experience (ex: .Dll, .Com) with C#/C++ languages
- Strong knowledge of PC systems and the Win32 API
- Experience with multithreading and use of asynchronous IO.
- Experience writing and deploying Windows services desired.
- Experience utilizing network communications, sockets, inter-process messaging desired.
- Familiarity in Configuration Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Creative problem solving skills
- Initiative and self motivated
