Description
The candidate must have be proficient in developing solutions with BEA WLS 8.1. The candidate needs to show previous experience in coming up with appropriate solutions to business and technical requirements. Familiarity with MVC, Hibernate, and WebLogic performance tuning concepts are a must.

Ideally, but not required, the candidate has implemented solutions using WebLogic Integration 8.1.

Finally, the candidate should have good communication skills and needs to be a team playerdf-tc
